About Us

The making of our secret family recipe was a Thanksgiving holiday tradition that took place in my mother's kitchen. Mom would collect and save baby food jars all year to be used for the annual event. We would make the jelly, pour it up, and then seal it with paraffin wax and a lid. I always had the honor of making the labels and decorative lid toppers. When Christmas arrived, we would deliver our customary gift, a jar of the Original Pepper Jelly, a block of cream cheese, and a sleeve of crackers to all our friends and relatives. Everyone loved our gift and looked forward to receiving it year after year.

In 2004, I launched my company after a retailer in my home town approached me about wanting to sell my Original Pepper Jelly.  I named it, Liz and Linda’s Pepper Jelly; which is named in honor and in memory of my Mother, Liz.

I now have my products manufactured and it is sold to retailers and customers across the nation.

In 2007, I was awarded one of the Best of Atlanta awards for my Golden Pecan Pepper Jelly. In January 2011, I won the Gold Award for Best Condiment at Dallas Gourmet Food Market for my Golden Pecan.
